Classification of aluminum fluoride

The hydrogen fluoride used in the production of anhydrous aluminum fluoride is a high-purity product that has been condensed and rectified. The anhydrous aluminum fluoride product produced by this technology has high main content, large volume, and extremely low moisture and impurity content. At present, the domestic Various foreign aluminum fluoride products can be divided into three types according to different production processes: wet-process aluminum fluoride, dry-process aluminum fluoride and sewage aluminum fluoride. which is:

Wet-process aluminum fluoride—a product of aluminum fluoride produced by reacting with aluminum hydroxide using 30% hydrofluoric acid as a raw material.

Dry-process aluminum fluoride—a product of aluminum fluoride produced by reacting 88-90% hydrogen fluoride gas with aluminum hydroxide.

Sewage aluminum fluoride—aluminum fluoride product produced by reacting with aluminum hydroxide using more than 99.9% anhydrous hydrogen fluoride gas as raw material.

The wet-process aluminum fluoride production process is a technology introduced from the former Soviet Union in the 1950s, and the dry-process aluminum fluoride production process is the second-generation technology introduced by Hunan Xianglu from Booth, Switzerland in the 1980s.

Classification of aluminum fluoride products. A certain amount of oxygen scavenger is added to magnesium fluoride crystals during the growth process to prevent oxygen or hydroxyl from entering the crystal. The processed crystal material is filled into graphite. Magnesium crystals are one of the materials with very good light transmission properties in the vacuum ultraviolet band. Magnesium fluoride crystals are arranged in a long-range orderly manner from vacuum ultraviolet to red single crystal atoms, showing preferred orientation. Since there is no grain boundary, adjacent particles or fluorination, from the perspective of domestic and foreign markets and production processes, the dry-process aluminum fluoride production process and its products are undoubtedly competitive in the market.
